Inspired by a traditional Italian Hostaria, where freshly prepared regional food is showcased in a casual setting, the design of HOSTARIA del Piccolo by Gregory H Ginter Architect, Bobo Ivan and Vittorio Viotti, combines a relaxed environment with a sophisticated urban design.
The restaurant unites the simplicity of raw steel, glass and concrete with the warmth of reclaimed wood and natural light. With the artistic composition of clean lines and natural materials the project adroitly marries the welcoming environment of an open kitchen Hostaria with a modern aesthetic.
